1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using puxxza ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Platform.

2 Description of Service

puxxza is a content-sharing platform that allows users to share Roblox scripts, game modifications, and related content. The Platform uses Linkvertise as a monetization mechanism for content creators. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

3 User Accounts & Discord Login

Access to the Platform requires authentication through your Discord account. By logging in, you grant us permission to access your Discord username, avatar, and user ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must not share your account credentials with others.

4 Content Policy

Users are solely responsible for the content they post. You agree not to upload, share, or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code intended to damage systems
• Harasses, threatens, or demeans individuals or groups
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading

• Contains explicit sexual content involving minors

5 Intellectual Property

All content you post remains your own. By posting content on the Platform, you grant puxxza a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the Platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post the content.

6 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers without permission
• Attempting to manipulate view counts, rankings, or leaderboards
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the Platform
• Impersonating other users, administrators, or the Platform itself
• Circumventing the Linkvertise monetization system

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, puxxza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9 Termination

10 Changes to Terms
